Before You Submit Your Ticket
What Information to Include
Please try to include:
- Your full name & email address
- A link to your site / project (if applicable)
- Clear description of the issue or request
- Steps to reproduce the issue (if it’s a bug or error)
- Any account or login details we may need (only for our internal use)
(All information is only viewed by our support team)
Response Time
We aim to respond to all tickets within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday).
In many cases, you’ll hear back much faster.
Divi Parent Theme Question or Problem?
There are many excellent Divi resources available
- Support is included with your Elegant Themes membership. Visit the Elegant Themes members’ area and raise a ticket in the support forum.

Additional Support Resources
If your issue involves third-party tools or platforms:
- WordPress / Hosting / Technical Issues: Reach out to your host or the platform’s support first
- Theme / Plugin Support: If your problem is with a theme or plugin, it’s often best to submit directly to that developer’s support
